Teracloud (shouldn't be confused with Teraverse) is a object, that affects all normal -verses. Teraclouds affecting laws of physics. If some -verse have it's laws of physics, then, it have it's own Teracloud. Singularity isn't affected by laws of physics, so, Protoverses doesn't have their Teraclouds.
Teraclouds are quite different. You can't find 2 similliar Teraclouds. So, any Universe have it's own laws of physics, that are different from others.
